Generative AI in Education: Keynote at UofM-Flint

by | Sunday, March 17, 2024

A couple of weeks ago I was invited to give a keynote at the Frances Willson Thompson Critical Issues Conference on Generative AI in Education. It was great to go back to Michigan even if for a super short trip. One of the pleasures of the visit was catching up with some close friends from my MSU days, Sapna Thwaite and Brandon Blinkenberg in particular. I want to thank the team involved in organizing the conference with a special shoutout to Sapna Thwaite (Vice Provost) and Joyce Mudel (Admin) for the invitation and taking care of all the details of my visit.

You can watch my keynote (synchronized to my slides) below.

You can also watch me give the talk in this linked video but I do think the edited version above, synched to my slides is a better option. Some photographs from the event (you can find more at the conference website).
