Announcing AIR|GPT: A New Podcast

by | Friday, November 01, 2024

I’m excited to share that I’m part of a new monthly podcast focused on generative AI in education (AIR|GPT) alongside some great colleagues and friends: Helen Crompton, Caroline Fell-Kurban, Liz Kolb, and Ruben Puentedura. The podcast is structured as an informal yet informative, “airport lounge” conversation (necessitated by our scattered locations across the globe).

In our premiere episode, we dive into Google’s Notebook LM, examining its features and discussing its potential impact on education. The conversation was exactly what I hoped it would be – candid, nuanced, and grounded in our collective experience with educational technology.

None of this would be possible without our Emmy Award-winning executive producer, Errol St.Clair Smith, at BAM Radio Network, who brought this group together and helped shape the vision for the show.

You can find AIR|GPT on most major podcast platforms. We’ll be releasing new episodes monthly, and I’m looking forward to the conversations ahead – we already have some fascinating topics lined up for future discussions.
