Mishra & Koehler, 2006

TPACK (and friends) in T.H.E. Journal.

Matt Townsley sent me an email this morning informing me about a TPACK sighting in THE journal. Well... actually it's a journal whose title is THE journal! Does that make sense? Anyway, T.H.E. Journal (Transforming Education Through Technology) has an article by Dian...

Of garbage cans and psychological media

This has been a day of sad news from Stanford University. I blogged about the passing away of Dr. Nalini Ambady (see blog post here). I will digress a bit before I describe the second piece of news because the connection to me (and my work) is much more salient. Back...

Great post, that is fantastic. I love doing stuff like this with my family. It creates a great bond. In fact, for Christmas we learned how to draw portraits for our family Christmas card.

Nice video. I initially though that you were going to set up a domino chain reaction. By the way, was the “Happy 2011” on the table a real shadow effect?

Thanks for kind words. And yes, it absolutely was! It was exactly the shadow you would find when the entire setup was lit from the back!

    Great creativity using shadows.

Even silence can be a powerful language if used appropriately. Even shadows can throw light if used creatively.

    Wish you the same
